The overriding concept was to create a low maintenance modern townhouse garden, maximizing space where possible with a coloured theme to pull the scheme together. The garden was essentially halved in two, providing two sections, lawn and patio space, defined by a Damson coloured timber railway sleeper retaining edge. The square artificial lawn opens up the bottom section of the garden, incorporating the existing tree due to restriction of space within the garden. A series of painted open trellis was incorporated to sub divide further and screen items within the garden. The garden was brought to life with the additional of zinc planting cubes and stainless steel LED lighting to provide functional and aesthetic lighting enabling the garden to be used day and night.
